GFI Hosts Inaugural Empower Summit 2024

The inaugural Empower Summit, hosted by Northmead Assembly of God Church (NAOG), was held from June 5–9, 2024, at the Mulongi International Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia.

The five-day summit brought together emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and influential voices from across Zambia and beyond for a time of mentorship, leadership development, inspiration, and meaningful connection. At its heart, the Empower Summit was designed to bridge the gap between creative ideas and commercial success, equipping young people and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, networks, and practical tools needed to turn vision into impact.

The inaugural summit featured distinguished speakers and thought leaders, including Ambassador Lazarous Kapambwe, Dumisani “The Radical Entrepreneur,” and Lady Norena, among others. Through engaging conversations, mentorship, and shared experiences, the summit sought to inspire a generation of innovative leaders committed to transforming their communities and shaping a better future.
