      <image:title>Home - Pastor Gladys ZM Banda</image:title>
<image:caption>Pastor Gladys ZM Banda has over 31 years of experience in Christian leadership, with a primary focus on Women’s Ministry and Community Outreach. In addition to her extensive church ministry experience, she brings a strong background in accounting, business management, and administration, spanning over 19 years in senior management and leadership roles, with particular expertise in Human Resources Management. She undertook studies in Accounting and Business at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, USA, earned a Diploma in Project Management with Merit from the Zambia Institute of Accountancy Studies (ZICAS University) in Lusaka, Zambia, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Leadership from Atlantic International University, USA. In 1999, she initiated a “soup kitchen” feeding program for street-connected children, which grew from serving 20 to more than 300 boys each month. The success of this initiative led to the co-founding of a donor-funded humanitarian project known as the Lazarus Project. Serving as Director for 11 years, Pastor Gladys faithfully led a team in rescuing and rehabilitating more than 1,000 vulnerable and orphaned children, providing them with access to education and life skills. These efforts ultimately led to the establishment of the Lazarus Christian Community School, which provides education to more than 400 boys and girls from disadvantaged households. Pastor Gladys ZM Banda currently leads the Pearls of Grace Women’s Ministry at Northmead Assembly of God Church, which seeks to foster sisterhood, empowerment, and spiritual growth among women in the church. As the ministry continues to grow, her heart remains focuses on equipping young women, strengthening familial bonds between mothers and daughters, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the church. Her longstanding commitment to humanitarian service has also extends to the international community, having been credentialed as a Civil Humanitarian Diplomat with Jethro International, an organization committed to advancing humanitarian principles and social impact across nations. In this role, she draws on her experience in Christian leadership, community development, and humanitarian service to promote dignity, humanity, and positive transformation among vulnerable communities. Through decades of leadership, ministry, and humanitarian service, Pastor Gladys remains passionate about empowering people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.</image:caption>
